Hello my name is Colin Marco! I come from an athletic background where I was a 3 sport athlete through all my years in high school, and went on to play college baseball. You might see this and think to yourself that I have been in great shape all my life, but that is far from the truth.

Throughout high school I was in decent shape due to always having practice all year round as well as off season workouts in the summer. When I went to college, I lost control of my eating habits, gained an unnecessary amount of weight, and thought to myself,

“There is no way out of this”.

The thought of losing weight and dieting always scared me because I never knew where to start. I never committed to a workout or diet plan, and I didn’t know where to start or how to make one for myself.

The day came where I couldn’t take it anymore, I needed to make a change immediately. With proper dieting and training, I was able to take off 100 pounds in 5 months. This was no easy feat, but if it was easy, everyone would do it.

Once I became very consistent and disciplined is when the results truly started to show. This pushed me to want to help others who have struggled with the same issues. I became a certified personal trainer through ISSA as well as starting my bodybuilding career. I specialize in athletic performance and strength training

Fitness has become a true passion of mine and I am very excited to progress in my journey as well as helping others begin and progress through their own! Fitness has consumed my life, and I could not be more grateful for what this has done for my quality of life.

You could be in the same place that I was…feeling stuck, don’t know where to start, or don’t know much about fitness. But with proper guidance, training, and diet, you can achieve anything!

I know what it means to set yourself a goal, as well as achieving that goal! I’ll be with you every step of the way in order to help guide you in the proper direction to achieve the goals you want to achieve!
