Nutrition Counseling

Allison2-min

I believe that nutrition counseling is an individualized process. Each and every client that I work with is unique and has different needs, lifestyles, and goals.

As a result, I take a great deal of time and care to ensure they each receive the support, guidance, and expertise they deserve. I have been counseling for over 12 years.

My aim is not only to help think about what to eat but help empower them to make long lasting, behavioral changes to improve their  relationship with food and find peace and mindfulness as they work toward their goals.  I want to help you overcome your obstacles and become the best, healthiest version of yourself.

I was a college-level lacrosse player, understanding the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle to promote optimal health and wellness. I graduated from Skidmore College with a degree in exercise physiology. I then attended Columbia University and completed dual masters in nutrition and exercise physiology. This is also where I completed my dietetic internship.
